1. INSPECT EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY


  1. Check the resistance of the EGR valve assembly.

    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance:
      Tester Connection
      		Condition
      		Specified Condition
      1(EGR4) - 2(+B1)
      		20°C (68°F)
      		 18 to 22 Ω
      2(+B1) - 3(EGR2)
      4(EGR1) - 5(+B2)
      5(+B2) - 6(EGR3)

      If the result is not as specified, replace the EGR valve.
